Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in eCommerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (particularly SHOPIFY), digital marketing tools, online paid ads and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Description

As an eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase eCommerce sales, achieve sales growth, enhance profitability and collaborate with operations for a seamless omnichannel experience.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Together with Cross-functional Department Heads, develop and execute overall Strategy for Digital Performance Marketing Campaigns, Online Thematic Campaigns, and Customer Management Campaigns, to drive online sales and increase market share.
  • Manage the eCommerce Website as well as other online sales channels.
  • Oversee the Digital Media Planning and Buying across customer touchpoints such as platforms including but not limited to, Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Twitter & Programmatic Channels.
  • Collaborate closely with external and internal cross-functional teams to guarantee a swift & smooth flow of campaign plans such as promotional campaigns product launches and other loyalty-building initiatives.
  • Implement improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment.
  • Ensuring seamless customer experience and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as eCommerce sales, sales growth, and profitability.
  •  Lead development of innovations and continuous improvement within eCommerce and omnichannel platforms.
  • Closely work with the Operations teams from the physical stores to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for customers.
  • Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to optimize the eCommerce business and enhance the overall omnichannel experience.
