This relationship is what OUR HOME is currently exploring. The collaboration with Francis Libiran brought about results that, as mentioned earlier, transcended boundaries. As evidenced by said collaboration, OUR HOME now carries accent chairs, scents and fragrances and cushions – all inspired by fashion.

ACCENT CHAIRS

As the name implies, accent chairs are accent pieces that can be placed as an addition to an already existing layout. Be it in a living room setting, the foyer, the dining room or even the bedroom, the placement of an accent chair automatically changes the dynamics of the space. Accent chairs are added to either complement or contrast. And choosing can sometimes be overwhelming. What you want is to create a dynamic combination without going overboard. Just remember that when the sofa or the bed linens are plain, go with printed or patterned pillows to evoke a sense of drama. The reverse is also true. You can even mix and match the prints just as long as they belong to the same color palette – these are called coordinates. The beauty of adding throw pillows is that they can be a fun experience in expressing your creativity and they’re quite very easy to change.
