In-Store Consultations:

• Want to book an appointment with us? Just call the OUR HOME store nearest to you. Keep in mind that In-store consultations are only available at our SM Megamall branch.
• On the day of your appointment, you’ll get to meet our design specialists. These experts will take the time to understand your lifestyle, preferences, and budget. 
• Consultation lasts up to one hour, so come prepared with your floor plan, including room measurements and photos of the area. You can also show some inspiration photos, furniture measurements, and any specific design or style.

Online Consultations: 

• Fill in the appointment booking form with your full name, contact details, and your preferred time and date.
• Once you’re done, you’ll receive an email confirming your appointment. 
• The consultation can be via phone call or video call. You can share your floor plans, photos of the area, furniture measurements, and other design requirements.
• After the consultation, we’ll send our recommendations via email within 2 to 3 working days.
• If you like our advice, we’ll endorse you to the nearest OUR HOME branch for the final quotation based on our product recommendations. A branch representative will help you with the ordering and delivery process.
