Cancellation: Customers have only 3 days to cancel their order. Change of mind is not considered. Once an item starts production it can no longer cancel.

For Metro Manila:

- Ready-to-order items: Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery arrangements.

- Made-to-order items: Lead time is 15-20 business days.

For Luzon:

- Ready-to-order items: Delivery may take 15-20 working days.

- Made-to-order items: Expect a lead time of 20-25 business days.

For Visayas and Mindanao (VisMin):

- Ready-to-order items: Delivery typically occurs within 25-30 working days.

- Made-to-order items: Please allow 30-35 business days for delivery.
